This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc from Ishikari City, Hokkaido, brewed like orange wine to create a wine with a good balance of umami and acidity. It has a firm attack with just the right amount of acidity, and a dashi flavor and umami flavor, with a lingering bitter aftertaste.
Sauvignon Blanc Hachi 2024: 1 bottle
This white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc from Ishikari City, Hokkaido, with a refreshing citrus and slight sweetness. It has a firm acidity and refreshing citrus, and the bitterness of grapefruit lingers gently in the aftertaste.
Sauvignon Blanc North Canterbury 2024: 1 bottle
This white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, a representative variety of New Zealand, and has a strong aroma of young grass and citrus. The flavor of the citrus fruits grown in plenty of sunlight is layered and balanced with refreshing acidity. There is also a faint flavor of dashi in the aftertaste.
Rosato 2023: 1 bottle
This rosé wine is made from Seibel 13053, a black grape variety that has been cultivated in Higashikawa for a long time. It has a refreshing acidity as a base, and a rich, ripe, full-bodied fruitiness, with a gentle, refreshing umami flavor that lingers on aftertaste.
