We are pleased to announce the release of three new wines: Pinot Gris Hachi 2024, Sauvignon Blanc Hachi 2024, and Campbell Soda 2023, as well as a price revision for Sauvignon Blanc North Canterbury.

Last year's vintage was brewed using Hokkaido-grown Pinot Gris grapes to create an orange wine-like flavour, but this year's vintage has been brewed into a white wine with a well-balanced balance of fruitiness and cool acidity.
About this wine
The color is a pale lemon yellow with a slight beige tint.
The aroma has a sweet fruity aroma of honey and yellow peach, with refreshing fruit flavors of lemon peel, pear, and apricot.
The taste starts with the oily flavor typical of Pinot Gris, followed by a balance of rich fruitiness and refreshing acidity, and finally a slight bitterness lingers in the mouth.
Good pairings include Caprese, salt-fried pork belly and bean sprouts, sea bream aquapazza, and grilled salted mackerel.

Last year's vintage was brewed from 100% Hokkaido Sauvignon Blanc grapes, creating an orange wine-like wine, but this vintage has been made into a white wine that combines solid acidity with a refreshing citrus flavor.
About this wine
The color is a slightly pale lemon yellow.
The aroma is dominated by refreshing citrus notes of green herbs, lime, and sudachi, with a sweet honey-like scent fluctuating throughout.
The taste is pleasant with firm acidity and refreshing citrus in the mouth, with a gentle bitterness of grapefruit remaining aftertaste. It is recommended to drink it at a chilled temperature (10-12℃).
Good pairings include white fish ceviche, fried chicken with plenty of lemon, and tom yum salad.

We aim to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, and have made this gently, slightly effervescent rosé wine using 100% Campbell Early table grapes.
About this wine
The color is a bright, clear pink-red with a slight orange tint.
The nose is soft with notes of lemon, orange and raspberry, with a hint of herbs, as well as a faint hint of white peach and blackberry.
The taste is based on the aroma of red fruits and refreshing acidity, with gentle, quiet bubbles enveloping the mouth and a balanced umami flavor with a slight bitterness and sweetness at the end.
Good pairings include fried salmon with tartar sauce, sauteed fatty pork with ponzu sauce, and lamb stewed in tomato sauce.
