We are pleased to announce the second release of the Yukikawa Brewery 2023 vintage. This time, we will be releasing a total of three types of wine: two white wines and one rosé wine.

About this wine

The color is golden lemon yellow.

The aroma is rich with flavors of yellow peach and mangosteen, as well as hints of sunny notes of pineapple, honey, and dried persimmon.

The taste is a good balance of warm region fruit flavor and mellow acidity. It has a concentrated flavor like dashi stock and is rich in umami.

Good pairings include braised spare ribs in honey mustard, grilled mackerel and potato with miso cream cheese, and tuna and avocado tartare salad.

About this wine

The color is a pale orange with a slight yellow tint.

The aroma is reminiscent of pear, yellow peach and black tea from the brewing process, with hints of warm-climate citrus fruits such as loquat and kumquat, and orange peel.

The taste is based on a complex fruity aroma, with a soft attack and deep, subtle acidity, and finally leaves a subtle bitterness reminiscent of Campari in the mouth.

Good pairings include chicken sauteed in tartar sauce and balsamic sauce, simmered sardines and burdock with plum, and mackerel and smoked daikon radish potato salad.

About this wine

The color is a pale salmon pink with a slight orange tint and a sparkling shine.

The aroma is soft with violets and lilacs, with hints of raspberries, yellow apples, cherries and other fruits, as well as hints of coriander.

The taste is characterized by a soft fruitiness, soft acidity and mild umami flavor. The finish leaves a slight spicy bitterness.

Good pairings include pear and shrimp salad, stir-fried pork with basil, and spaghetti with spring cabbage and anchovies.
