Announcement of the release of the second 2022 vintage "Snow River Duetto Rosart 2022" and "Snow River Zweigel Rosart 2022"

We are pleased to announce the second release of Yukikawa Brewery's 2022 vintage, "Snow River Duetto Rosato 2022" and "Snow River Zweigel Rosato 2022".
*Due to the limited production of Snow River Zweigeltrosard 2022, it will only be available at the Yukikawa Brewery online store and in the Kamikawa area of Hokkaido (Asahikawa City, Higashikawa Town).
Snow River Duetto Rosato 2022
Aiming to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, we combined two types of grapes, Seibel 13053 from Higashikawa Town in Hokkaido and Zweigelt from Yoichi Town, and created a melodic and refreshing rosé wine that combines the characteristics of each grape.

About this wine
The color is a transparent ruby red like a rose. The aroma is a mixture of fresh red flowers, peonies and roses, as well as young red fruits such as cranberries and raspberries, and small dark fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrants. The taste is a refreshing pomegranate-like fruitiness with a herbal flavor that has a spicy feel, and a gentle acidity and a slightly sweet bitterness that lingers in the mouth.
Good pairings include reduced ponzu sauce and roast pork, roast beef and Chaliapin sauce, ahi poke, simmered kinki, chicken zangi, and salted innards.

Duetto Rosato has two little birds and a young forest as its motif. After several hours of experimenting with different patterns, we selected the illustration that best suited the image of the wine for the label.

About this wine
The color is a shimmering pale salmon pink. The aroma is soft with pale flowers, violets and lilacs. The aroma is subtle with hints of lime, yellow apple, raspberry, cherry and other fruits, with hints of coriander. The taste is soft with strawberry-like fruitiness, interspersed with soft acidity and a gentle umami flavor.
Good pairings include gazpacho, pear and shrimp salad, stir-fried pork with basil, stir-fried tomatoes and eggs, and spaghetti with spring cabbage and anchovies.
