Snow River Campbell 2022
A rosé wine made from "Campbell Early," a grape that has long been eaten in Hokkaido.
We have made this rosé wine using 100% Campbell Early table grapes, with the aim of creating a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day.
The color is a bright, clear ruby red with a slight crimson tint.
The nose features subtle notes of lemon, grapefruit and kumquat, with a hint of minerals, as well as hints of raspberry and red currant.
The taste is based on clean acidity and a refreshing fruity aroma, with soft and delicate tannins and a balanced umami flavor that leaves a bitter and sweet finish.
Good pairings include plum mayo potato salad, sea bream carpaccio, lamb and tomato stew, and stir-fried water spinach with anchovies.
