Snow River Sauvignon Blanc Hachi 2024
This white wine is made from 100% Hokkaido-grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, combining strong acidity with a refreshing citrus flavor.
We aim to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, and use 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Ishikari City, Hokkaido, to create a white wine with a refreshing citrus aroma.
The color is a slightly pale lemon yellow.
The aroma is dominated by refreshing citrus notes of green herbs, lime, and sudachi, with a sweet honey-like scent fluctuating throughout.
The taste is pleasant with firm acidity and refreshing citrus in the mouth, with a gentle bitterness of grapefruit remaining aftertaste. It is recommended to drink it at a chilled temperature (10-12℃).
Good pairings include white fish ceviche, fried chicken with plenty of lemon, and tom yum salad.
