Snow River Zweigelt Rosato 2023
A charming rosé wine made from 100% Hokkaido-grown "Zweigelt" grapes.
We aim to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, and have crafted this refreshing and charming rosé wine using 100% Zweigelt rice from Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
The color is a pale salmon pink with a slight orange tint and a sparkling shine.
The aroma is soft with violets and lilacs, with hints of raspberries, yellow apples, cherries and other fruits, as well as hints of coriander.
The taste is characterized by a soft fruitiness, soft acidity and mild umami flavor. The finish leaves a slight spicy bitterness.
Good pairings include pear and shrimp salad, stir-fried pork with basil, and spaghetti with spring cabbage and anchovies.
