Snow River Zweigelt Rosato 2022
A rosé wine made from Zweigelt grapes produced in Yoichi Town.
Aiming to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, we have crafted a refreshing and charming rosé wine using Zweigelt grapes from Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
The color is a shimmering pale salmon pink. The aroma is soft with pale flowers, violets and lilacs. The aroma is subtle with hints of lime, yellow apple, raspberry, cherry and other fruits, with hints of coriander. The taste is soft with strawberry-like fruitiness, interspersed with soft acidity and a gentle umami flavor.
Good pairings include gazpacho, pear and shrimp salad, stir-fried pork with basil, stir-fried tomatoes and eggs, and spaghetti with spring cabbage and anchovies.
