We have fully brought out the charm of Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand's signature variety, to create a refreshing, fragrant white wine.
We aim to create a wine that can be enjoyed at the dinner table every day, and have crafted this fragrant white wine using 100% Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand's signature grape.
The color is a transparent pale yellow.
The nose is a mixture of warm citrus such as orange and a hint of fresh grass like fresh grass.
The taste is a layered balance of sun-soaked citrus flavor and refreshing acidity. The aftertaste also has a hint of dashi flavor.
Good pairings include stewed seasonal ingredients, horse mackerel escabeche (marinated in Nanban sauce), salt-grilled pork belly, and grilled pork on a magnolia leaf.
