This is an announcement about the release of Yukikawa Brewery's wine.
We will be releasing four wines from the 2022 vintage.
Snow River Campbell Soda 2022

Production year: 2022 Grape production area: Vineyards in Yoichi-cho, Yoichi-gun, Hokkaido Grape variety: 100% Campbell Early
Type: Light body Alcohol content: 8.5%

●About this wine: The color is a clear, vivid pink-red with a slight orange tint.
The nose is soft with notes of lemon, orange and raspberry, with a hint of herbs, as well as a faint hint of white peach and blackberry.
The taste is based on the aroma of red fruits and refreshing acidity, with gentle, quiet bubbles enveloping the mouth and a balanced umami flavor with a slight bitterness and sweetness at the end.
Good pairings include zucchini with yuzu pepper, pork belly with grated cucumber sauce, lamb with black sesame and mint, and horse mackerel and cucumber with sesame and plum dressing.

Good pairings include plum mayo potato salad, sea bream carpaccio, lamb and tomato stew, and stir-fried water spinach with anchovies.

The aroma is soft with notes of pomegranate, acerola, strawberry, and small plum, with hints of apricot kernel and yogurt, as well as a faint hint of black currant and blackberry.
The taste is based on the aroma of red fruits and refreshing acidity, with gentle, quiet bubbles enveloping the mouth, giving off a soft, delicious flavor.
Good pairings include avocado and pear salad with prosciutto, pork shabu-shabu and new onions with plum dressing, chicken simmered in marmalade, and salmon and watercress salad with wasabi and ponzu sauce.

●About this wine: The color is a clear, deep ruby red with a slight reddish-black hue.
The nose reveals soft notes of acerola, strawberry and pomegranate, with hints of tangerine orange and ripe lemon, as well as hints of blackcurrant and black cherry.
The palate is balanced with a refreshing acidity and notes of red and black fruits, with a gentle, refreshing flavor reminiscent of a clear late autumn morning.
Good pairings include smoked salmon salad with avocado and pear, pork grilled with herb salt koji, Chinese cabbage and chicken hotpot with ponzu sauce, and mackerel potato salad with yuzu pepper.
